I am having a HORRIBLE time with my allergies and I am so congested that I can't breathe in EITHER nostril at all. Today my doctor gave me Flonase and Zyrtec but so far I cannot tell any difference. The congestion is so bad that it has caused my ears to clog and no matter how hard I try I can't get them to "pop". If anybody has any suggestions I would really appreciate it, I need relief BADLY.
Is your ear doing that crackle thing.
I hate that.
Anyway....
Saline nose spray helps a lot.
Increased swallowing and chewing helps - lots of water and gum.
The water helps keep you hydrated too and that helps with congestion.
