Post Cold War - 21st Century Antagonist

This is the first time i have used a history forum but i assume there are post all the time about help with assignments...sorry but here's another:

I need to know who are the 21st Century antagonists as opposed to the Cold War superpowers??? (actual question below) So far i'm thinking North Korea, Israel/Palaestine and genreal Arab nations.

Any suggestions for how to approach the question would be greatly appreciated!!!

Topic: The Period since 1945 has been largely dominated by the conflict of the two superpowers. This has left the world largely unprepared for a thaw in Russo-American relations and the emergence of a different antagonist in the 21st Century. Discuss this statement in the light of the Cold War and its end.
