I am a member of a small paranormal research group, I work on the scientific side, and an upcoming investigation is at a location where Latin was once used. As part of a controlled experiment to be run here, I would very much appreciate if someone could translate the following, as near as possible, into Latin.
Thank you.

spooky

what era is important - below is a translation and then a guide to pronunciation ;-)

quicumque animus adest, quaeso, te ipsem ostente, aut luce aut sono aut voce. Tibi nullum malum in animo habemus et te salutamus. Quaeso, da vobis signum aut testimonium exstandi tui.

classical era

kweecumkway animus ad'est, kwy'so, te ipsem ostente, owt lukay owt sono owt wokay. Tibi nullum malum in animo habaymus et te salutamus. kwy'so, da wobis sing'num owt testimonium ekstandi too'ee.

ecclesiastical era

kweecumkway animus ad'est, kwy'so, te ipsem ostente, owt luchay owt sono owt vokay. Tibi nullum malum in animo abaymus et te salutamus. kwy'so, da vobis sing'num owt testimonium ekstandi too'ee.

note: ae is like i in the alphabet (i've rendered it y in my pronunciation guide).

hope this helps

Thank you for taking the time,
the location is in the UK, it’s now the ruins of a religious building but before that there was a Roman encampment on the site.
