Vitamin E in foods such as nuts etc appear to prevent Parkinson's Disease.

Vitamin pills are not as effective.

Interesting. I wonder how that works. Vitamin E's primary function is as an antioxidant.

In fairness I should add that there are several sites which "pooh pooh" the idea that this is a prevention.
