Balance The Budget and Don't Raise Fares!

We need special cheap passes for students and the elderly.

Special passes are a good idea. But, we need to do something. I think that a quarter raise is reasonable for most of us and the gain for the state would be large.

Most people aren't even getting raises this year. Why not cut out the night owl service and save some money that way?
