hi
as we know we can use "shall" to make suggestions like in ( shall we meet at 9am)
my question is
can we consider "shal" in the following example as a suggestion
we'll make her food shall we?

in the following example can we say that "wil' is used to make a request?
don't play footbal now, will you?
