Have you talked to a doctor about this? If you have been diagnosed with chlamydia, hopefully you are getting medical support. If I understand correctly (I am not a doctor) chlamydia is treatable with antibiotics.

Ask your doctor. Listen to what he or she says. If you have to wait a couple of weeks until you are cured, do that.
