um...i'm in 9th grade and i love latin, really sad i cant take it this year...but i was wondering what 'subest' means

subest is the third person singular present tense of subsum.

It can have the following meanings:
1. [he, she, or it] is near
2. [he, she, or it] is under
3. [he, she, or it] exists
