Short phrase request, English to Russian, German, and Welsh

Unusual and large request I am aware, so will edit in notes on whatever people have been able to help with so far.

Please could someone translate the following phrases into Russian, German, and Welsh for me, and if possible include phonetics so I can prounounce them right (Cyrillic letters as well as English would be appreciated for the Russian too)!

* You are the most beautiful woman I have ever seen.
* I love you.
* I love you XXX. (XXX being a womans name)
* I love you too.
* I don't ever want to let you go.
* Just stay a little longer.
* I'm going to miss you.
