Navigator, you have my deepest sympathies. My brother suffered a spinal fracture in an automobile accident in 1968, and was a quadriplegic until his death ten years ago. It is quite a burden for the family, as well i know.

they check that someone is alive by trying to feel the beat of sb's pulse.
