I would translate:
Ego quis ipse creavi sum
I would use the verb "creo" instead of "pario", just because I think it is more close to the meaning of "create", if you want to use "pario" anyway you should use the perfect "peperi" instead of "creavi", just leaving the rest as it is. You could also use "Quod" (The thing) instead of "Quis" (The person) if you like. You could also say "Ego sum quis ipse creavi" but the meanin would be "I am the one who created himself" quite the same, but with a little difference
