Tennis is the best sport for men with good legs - wearing white shorts. (please excuse Lleyton Hewitt who wears those stupid shorts - he is such a prat!)

back and forth, back and forth, very dangerous to observer's organism. but if you fix your gaze on one of the player's legs, i would consider it beneficial indeed. outside, breathing some clean air , getting some vitamin D via the sun-rays, and a positive visual stimulation, can't think of a healthier past-time (unless past-time refers to something completely different, not linguistically certain here).
