Could he only be liking her photos because of the phrase?

I like a good worker who is cute.. I've noticed he likes another co worker photos but usually it's only if she puts a sayings with it .Example a photo and maybe a name of song.so my guess it's really the song he likes and not her photo .

Also he likes her family pics I guess no big deal but I'm ready to make a move.
