You haven't mentioned whether you like hima at all. Seems to me he is morally wrong for dataing two girls and you will be morally wrong too if you give in, because you know he is with another girl.

This is really easy. Tell him to stop going out with your friend and then, once he does, if you like him you may decide to kiss him.

Then, when he dumps your friend, you tell him you would never kiss someone who could be so cruel to dump her just to get you to kiss him. That'll teach him to end one relationship before trying to start another one.

He sounds like a horrid guy and he shouldnt have either of yuo in his life.
