I can't switch my page in ads manager to create a post

I need help! I have spent hours trying to switch from one business page that I own to another page that I own in the ads manager identity section. I am trying to place an ad and nothing I can find will help me to switch to the account page that I want to post on. Any answers would be very much appreciated. Thank you

Start from the page and not the ads manager section.
