I just want to say "Happy birthday to you" and "Happy birthday, dear Ann" in Latin. Can anyone help? Thanks.

These are the most common ways I've seen:

"Happy birthday to you"
Felix dies tibi

"Happy birthday, dear Ann"
Felix dies cara Anna

Correction:
The full phrase is
Felix dies natalis tibi.

The "natalis" was dropped to make it fit into the birthday song.
