Help with English to Latin Translation

I'm writing a story and there's a character who's a Latin professor who's giving a lecture on feminist theory vis-a-vis the Classics. I want her to say a Latin phrase, then translate it for the class as: "Willpower is not gender specific." Her point is, Men are not inherently more willful (or formidable) than Women; that "willpower" is not the province of Men alone.

Raphillon helped me with something similar last week. Any takers?

Correction:
That should be SEXUM, not SEXEM.
(Mea culpa...)
