Symmetrical spots!!

Does anybody else have symmetrical spots??

I have spots on my cheeks,legs and shoulders all in the same place but on different sides.

Am I a freak!!!?

Unless I am too. I have two small benign tumors. One is on the outside of my right leg, one on the outside of my left leg, at exactly the same height.
