Perhaps......

Main Entry: stet
Pronunciation: 'stet
Function: noun
Etymology: Latin, let it stand, third person singular present subjunctive of stare to stand
: an order staying all proceedings in an action —used esp. in Maryland

..... but maybe only if you're in Maryland.

Literally, it would be "Ita sit".
But the more common usage is "Fiat" (literally, "Let it be done.")

Thanx, I think the first is closer to what I intended to mean. In other words, ...if that is the way it has to be, "so be it". For example, "Fait accompli? Ita sit!" Yes? :-)

Thanx again.

Anil

Ita. (This word means "so" or "thus", but is also used to mean "yes").

Hey George, don't blow my cover!

I'm trying to be the new female Johnny Depp, v.21 Jump Street, by going undercover at CHS.
