Can anyone translate; Hol anllis regemzil no fate arix evndem. I came into a ring with these words written around an emblem of a pope or bishop on a throne.
Could any of the letters be different or could any of the spaing be different?

maybe?
The wording are all in a circle. I might have broken up the words wrong and spelled it wrong in my last post; hol*anllis*regemsilnofatearix*evndem; this is how it is written word for word. I hope this helps and thank you.

This is:
HOC ANGLIS REGEM SIGNO FATEARIS EUNDEM
By this seal acknowledge him to be king of the English.
This was the inscription on the seal of William I (aka William the Conqueror)
