"Give me strenght" could be translated as "fortifica me" witch sounds also quite as a prayer... I leave you the choice between
Fortifica me in inopiae hora!
(give strenght to me in time of need)
and
Fortifica me egentem!
(Give strenght to me -I'm in need-)
The second one sounds somewhat more elegant in latin, but they are both correct.
