I’d like to pickle and can a whole lobster but can find no information in the matter. I’m not sure it has ever been attempted at this point but I would like to try. Is this possible? And how would I go about doing this.

@PickleJerk,
You ever heard of search engines? Pickled lobster
Take the following recipe and just use a single lobster since the directions and ingredients specified for measuring amounts are basically eyeballing how much to use.
