you should have had the ingredients in the jars and then boil them in the canner for about 15 minutes. The seals and lids should be on them loosely while they are boiling. Then allow the whole thing to cool and youll hear the pop.
You can redo em, they are a high acid thing (Im assuming that"pickling" included ample vinegar to keep the pH low)
