Hi Natasha. Welcome to a2k. Now that's a funny question. Although I'm sure lots of the guys would like to help you wash I'm sure you'd prefer doing it yourself. Some of those guys have really hard hands. Could you elaborate a little so we understand what's wrong?

Bacteria would grow all over your body meaning youd smell absolutely awful.I worked in a toyshop once and a guy came in who clearly didnt wash, himself or his clothes, it was disgusting, nobody wanted to go anywhere near him!!
It can lead to infections.
I washed but didnt use deodorant for a while.I was the last to know that didnt smell particularly pleasent.
