Probably both high in the level of undrinkability! Wine is wine is wine.
There wouldn't be a huge difference in 'quaffing' reds throughout the world. The grape varieties aren't very different and there's only one way to make the stuff. The art is in the ageing and blending to make a premium wine.
Curiously, Hungary does produce 'dessert' wines, white wine highly sweetened by the attack of botrytis (bunch rot or noble rot). They are overproof compared to the average drinking reds....
