Hi guys,
I'm 18 and have been bulking for about a month now and haven't seen any changes at all. I excercise every other day, focussing 2 muscle groups at a time for about an hour to an hour and a half. I try to get myself to fail at the end of the last 2 reps in the set as to how I chose my weights. Most excercises I do are dropsets (often with dumbells)
I weigh everything I eat as to get a calculated calory surplus of 300-400 kcal. This is about 2400 kcal. My diet is 50-60% carbs, 25-35% protein and 10-15% fat.
I'm 1m80, guy, 18 yo, 65 kg.
I got that goal of 2400 kcal from a finess coatch for bulking, which should have been calculated for me. I'm still hungry all the time though and simple online calculators tell me it should be much higher.
Am I not eating enough?
@Wolfgang S,
Talk to a registered dietitian. I suspect you're not getting enough protein but I don't know. An expert does.
