@Frank Apisa,
I have made an assertion Frank because I can make an assertion one way or the other because I exist.

What more of an assertion do you need?

I can HOPE either way.

Let me see if I've got this correct:

You are asserting that in order to make an assertion...you must exist.

Am I correct in that interpretation of your words?

@Jasper10,
Your big buzz in all of this is you think others have some sort of reluctant recognition of your innate genius. It has to be innate, you've seemed to have done nothing to develop the alleged genius.

You like attention and if you can get it by stirring the pot, well it's still attention, right?

@Jasper10,
Your assertion of an assertion is an unrealized assertion.

You do the hokey pokey, and you turn yourself around, that's what it's all about.

@bobsal u1553115,
The thing is, out of everyone on this thread the easiest person to copy with an algorithm would be Jasper.

He discusses a very limited limited range of subjects.

His answers are often repetitive and predictable, albeit not to the same extent as Oralloy.

I doubt he'd pass the Turing test.

I would hope you see the problem with your assertion.

There is no way I can KNOW you exist and are making the assertion. There is no way anyone other than you can KNOW you exist and are making the assertion. All we can do is guess.

And for you to suppose you can KNOW that in order for me to make an assertion...I must exist...is also a guess (not a good one at that). I may simply be part of the illusion in which you are "existing"...and any assertions I supposedly make may be nothing more than extensions of that illusion.

You are attempting to apply to me (and to the others out here) what (supposedly) applies to you. But there is no logic in doing that.

I can "make" any assertions I want...and you have no way to verify that I exist. I may be "making those assertions" without existing...being merely an extension of an illusion of which you are part. YOU may be making the assertion supposedly I am making.

So while your "assertion" that you must exist to make an assertion has applicability for you...your application of it to others does not.

@Jasper10,
So now you're giving your recognition of Izzy's actual state of existence.

hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahhahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahahaha!

The Turing test has been replaced by the J10 Seal of Existence.

Other than, you argue dishonestly and inanely? Nothing.

Remember: "It just doesn't matter."

@Jasper10,
It's mind over matter. I don't mind, you don't matter. See? We all have a part to play in the scheme of things, even if you don't exist, even in the scheme of things that just do not matter.

I'm all for differences 'n that. We can argue the toss about what should be called football with no problems, but I'm not having that.

It's a song from the East End of London it's the Hokey Cokey.

Seeing as how the composer recently died I think it's in bad taste.

It wasn't the smoothest of funerals, for starters they had one hell of a job getting him in the coffin.

And the burial took a lot longer than expected.

There is absolutely no problem with my assertion Frank…I will leave you think about it a bit more.
