jane is a sales representative for a company that sells medical equipment. she visits aa care home to see manager. she as to walk through an area being refurbished. there is a sign reqiring every1 to wear hard hat. she reaches office, she trips over a box that as been left inside the door. manager apologises, then offers her a coffe, but has to rush off, while shes gone the fire alarm goes off. no one comes to get her and she dont know what she should do
