No, he means ticket.

You communicate with the Help Desk by means of tickets. If you click on Help at the bottom of any page, and follow the directions, you will see what I mean. Thanks!

hmmmm, I deleted my santa hat avatar and tried to change back to my hatless dicentra using the original link and I get an error:

I thought it might be because it was already uploaded into the gallery but I don't see it there.

Any hints?

no, that would require me knowing how to do such a thing :wink: I seem to be able to link other pictures from a URL, but not my old dicentra. hmmmmm.

What happens if you try to upload it via direct copy & paste of this url:

into the "Upload Avatar from a URL" dialogue box?

On the mac you can just drag something to the desk top; dunno if you can do that on pc.

do you have an avatar in mind?

according to Profile, its width can be no greater than 90 pixels, the height no greater than 100 pixels, and the file size no more than 6 KB.

once you find one that meets the criteria, save it to your desktop, then upload it in your Profile...
