English to Latin: In and Without

I have a question about using "in" when translating to Latin

If I want to say:

Jane is in the tree.
would it be:
Iohanna in arbo est.

My second question is regarding without.
If I say:

The pitcher crashes without fail.
would it be:
Hydria sine deficendo ruit.

Thanks for all your help!

Sine with the ablative is correct for "without".
The phrase "without fail" does not translate well into Latin, though.
