The employees might be hired by one of the best companies in the market, but still they are willing to quit while actually they are quitting their managers.

pay them fairly and offer them good benefits (ie. comprehensive medical insurance)...

Treat them like people, too, and not just walking cash registers for the company.

I suspect that if you're posting this question in this fashion?

1. The company in question is likely one of the worst companies to work for. 2. That you are a manager or a manager's lackey assistant.
3. That the company in question has a pretty terrible record in how it treats employees and thusly holds a very high employee turnover rate.
