Hey All...

I have a question. Does anyone else have a headache only when lying in bed. This happens just about daily. If I lye down, on the sofa or in bed or just snuggling, I get a ache in the back of my head just about to my neck. If I sit up or get up, it subsides. Anyone have any ideas?

Have you ever been in a car accident where you had a whiplash? Sometimes, years later, it can cause a problem in the cervical spine. If there is a disc problem, lying on a pillow may exascerbate it. I bought a horseshoe shaped pillow which I wrap around my neck when I sleep. I use a regular pillow just at the top of my head, to keep everything in alignment.

I bought one for about 10 bucks in Wal Mart, and it makes all the difference in the world. If you decide to get one, buy a pillow with a flannel cover. It really feels yummy!
