These are lyrics I wrote for for music that a friend of mine is writing for a project we are developing. If someone could help me translate this into latin, I would be most greatful!
Badge of Blood
He travels the sky
a twinkling jewel
sanguine, unassuming
a god of war
a badge of blood
For Him
The fortunes of men
Wax and wane,
Pawns and knights
For kings and queens
For Him
Lives are hewn
Like autumn wheat,
And our sons given
For love of country
For Him
Peace is sundered
By the sword
As the season turns
To one of war
He travels the sky
a twinkling jewel
sanguine, unassuming
a god of war
a badge of blood
If one couldn't yet tell, the "He" in this song is Mars... I know this is a bit much, but if anyone can help me out, I would be most appeciative!
Thanks!
John
