Hi folks

I've been a skinny guy for a long while, and I dont like it. I've tried to take multi vitamin, go to the gym (only 2 times per week) but it does't seem to work. I wonder if anybody could give me any advices or proper diet.

and what are some rich calories, not very expensive foods that I could buy at Walmart or Weis ?

protein rich weightgainers?

they sell em in health stores..

srry i do not know any much food

Pasta, brown rice, beans, whole grain breads and bread products will pack on the pounds. The weightgainers at the health food stores may be a bit pricey if you are attempting to economize.

The idea is to pack in as much nutrition as you can with your calories. So stay away from stuff that has a lot of sugar, or little nutition in it. Avoid stuff that is made with white flour (like balloon bread).

For protein, hamburger has the same nutritional punch as steak, but at a lower price. IMO it is a good economy to pay a more for a lower fat hamburger meat.
