Is it authentic Chinese or a Chinese-American hybrid/invention like General Tsao?
Is it from a specific region of China? What is your favorite Chinese restaurant experience? Always take-out? Dim sum? At a musty jacket-only establishment?
At the local: crispy chicken, shredded beef, s&p prawns and the special fried rice.

Yeah, yeah it's from a corporation restaurant chain, but Panda Express' Black Pepper Chicken is very good.

I don’t like Chinese food, but I really like Japanese sushi. Mostly I order delivery. I then plan an evening of relaxation. When I have free time, especially on weekends, then I arrange movie nights. I eat my favorite sushi, wrap myself in a blanket and turn on a movie or TV series. I have two huge lists in my phone notes. The first is what movies I want to watch, the second is what series I want to watch. With each passing month, these lists only get bigger and bigger, but I don't have time to watch it all because I have little free time. So when I can arrange such a movie night, it's real happiness for me.

Like so many, I am big on dumplings...although Japanese dumplings are slightly better (cooked differently.)
I also like Moo Shu Pork a lot.
And there is a Chinese restaurant in Princeton that makes the best Chinese Beef and Eggplant.
Sha cha beef (Chinese: 沙茶牛肉; also called sa cha beef, cha beef, or cha beefsteak) is the name of a Chinese dish featuring shacha sauce and tenderized beef strips. The Americanized dish is usually served over a bed of white rice with fresh scallions and cilantro (coriander). This dish is native to the Gansu province of China.
Sha cha beef is a traditional dish dating back thousands of years. This dish is unusual in that it is one of the few Chinese-American dishes to maintain the principle of fan-ts'ai or the division between fan, grains and other starch foods, and ts'ai, vegetable and meat dishes. To prepare a balanced meal, it must have an appropriate amount of both fan and ts'ai, and ingredients are readied along both tracks. -Wikipedia
