Well, the examples that Slappy Doo Hoo presents here, refer to psychopathology. But prostitutes may cater to these people as well (when their pathology does not include dangerous violent proclivities, of course). No normal wife or girlfriend would agree to quack while making love. These people have problematic mental health condition, but IMO, they are also eligible to sexual satisfaction. If they cannot achieve it in conventional ways, they should pay for special kind of service.
