can sumone help me with z9 unit im starting of with this one and dont know how to write it up?
This post from 2003 contains the contact of a person, jackie, who apparently has been through that nvq2 exam and has offered to help others. I would certainly try it.

Hey, guess what I just found out?
They have a
whole message board devoted to those nvq2 tests.
And it has a
whole section for people taking the care exam.
I don't know if you have to register, but no matter. The whole section is full of people getting answers to questions like yours.
