Gus if you just got cable, then you need to talk to your ISP; see if they have a reason for you being constantly disconnected.
I'm only getting disconnected from that particular site, no place else, so I doubt the ISP people could help me.
Gus, tell the people at the site. They might be able to walk you through a firewall setting or some such thing.
...or maybe reinstall the software.
