There are only 10% of the total that make valid words in both Scrabble and Words With Friends. As stated here they are, COD, LAB, MIL and RIP - which other 3 letter word completes this list (although i'd say it was an abbreviation, but Scrabble dictionaries are very generous these days)?

I’m not sure what you’re on about. There is no M in scrabble or words with friends, so I don’t see how you can get MIL.
Having said that what about fie?
