Hmmnnn, well before I give that a shot, I need to editorialize and tell ya that God doesn't need saving (tho I well understand your point)----He's the one who saves **US.** 2ndly, He Himself will one day "sacrifice" all those who refuse to worship Him. That's not up to us. But in the meantime, we gotta be careful (and it's HARRRRRD, I know!) not to hate our enemies. We can legitimately hate their lies and their evil ways, but not THEM. Remember, the LORD says, "love your enemies." By that He doesn't mean to feel fuzzy-warm thoughts about them and make them your best friends, but rather to try to treat them courteously (I know, it's HARRRRD! Crying or Very sad ) and as fellow humans, who might yet one day see the light. They're still made in His image, ya know. And "such were we once, also" as Paul says in EPHESIANS.

NOTE: atheism is relatively new (Voltaire and crew, 18th century); paganism (which is not the same as atheism) is old as the earth. In other words, the Latin word'll have to be an approximation, OK?

Now, the translation: Conservare (or sustinere) Deum: impium immolare!
