It's a little confusing, ryunin because your sentence has "Everything English" as its subject in the first phrase. But then the subject obviously changes after the comma, and the "they" is understood. But that is not parallel structure. I think Wy is correct: it would make better sense if you changed the comma (,) to a semicolon (

and inserted the pronoun "they" to indicate change of subject.
In the example you cite in your last post the subject does not change -- it is "We" throughout, followed by a series of phrases with varying predicates. That makes the sentence quite correct.
