I'll have to admit that you've all made my day with your happy birthday wishes. (All but Thomas) For him I'm having a crappy crappy day.

Oh, btw, for those of you who don't know where to find me (Ehbeth and Noddy), I'm in Portland Oregon with Mr. Bernie himself. We've just moved the furniture into my new office and we're getting it all set up. But first I have to take a crappy crappy social work exam for the State of Oregon license to practice! It's the real pits. Sorry I haven't been around on a2k much lately. I'm tryyyyyyyying to make some money. The jewelry is selling very well, so that's good news.

This is a great city and anyone interested in a visit let us know. We can have lots of fun in Portland. Yes we can.

Be szre, Lola, some will come back to your ofer, Even when they had to cross the big pond before.

(Exam again? Shocked I'm glad, mine is accepted all over the EU .... and even in the USA. That social work and Rogers related exams.)

Lola--

I knew you were in Portland and now I know you're deep in Pre-Certification Ritual.

Hold your dominion.

Did they have difficulties to find a registrar who accepted this?

"I, Lola, will love, obey and follow my husband through thick and thin and beg for the grace to be called from now onwards Mrs Bernie."

I wonder if Lola and Bernie wrote their own vows. It would be great to hear what they wrote!

Looking in, and saying hello to all. Many of whom I've had the pleasure of meeting in person.

Very Happy

And btw the less I hear about Bernie's appendage, the better.

Hello back, McTag! As one of those equally pleased to have met you in person, I'd like to apologize - with some delay - for falling asleep on your bed (a.k.a. Lola's living room sofa) while those distressing election results were being announced. Hope you'll visit us again next time we have an election here - you seemed wonderfully well informed on the candidates Smile

It's you! It's you! How wonderful!

No need to apologise, though I must say I fell asleep pretty soon after hitting the pillow that night myself.

How can you possible enjoy NYC now with no B & L in it?

How true. Even though they both were from somewhere else, Bernie & Lola were SO Manhattan!
