Which Joe is not coming, JoefromChicago or Joe Nation?

The former cannot attend. He claims overwork but I suspect a sexual dalliance of the sort that mark our teenage dreams. JoeNation is invited, and we wait further word. I believe Frankapisa will be there for futher gutter-kicking. Kickycan sitting at about 80%.

Are you suggesting, madam, that I am not utterly careful in thought and word, succinct in my speech, and witty as all get out?

That's the exciting part. It might escalate into an intellectual arms race. It's like, Jesse Ventura meets Arnold Schwarzenegger, except you two would be thinking, not wrestling.

I am informed- I am not at liberty to divulge how or by whom- that Joe Nation will be there. Cool

Nah. It's fellas like you and Joe who put your frontal lobes to the wheel and push. I'm a classic dilletante, rooting on the sidelines and trying to feel up the cheerleaders.

As is my puzzling recent habit, I've risen pre 4AM. This time even without the insistence of our tonkanese cat, Tarzana. It's very dark outside but I am not frightened. The coffee is delicious. George Bush has, apparently, "never been about 'stay the course'", which is a relief to discover. Who would wish a fool and simpleton in the position of the most powerful cowboy in the world?

How does the horizon appear your side of Greenwich?

I think I am a smidgin west of Greenwich. We may therefore share the same hemisphere, and also this:

The weather is balmy and sunny, although I cannot scan the horizon for the houses in between. Autumnal bliss.

I have been into the big city this morning, to get my camera checked, and I purchased a pastrami and dill sandwich, just to help get into that New York state of mind.

I've got the rare gift of being able to stop threads dead in their tracks.

Had to search that one.
Irish (jig) = wig.

Only my hairdresser knows for sure.

So that wasn't a give-away from the opening night of the Marie-Antoinette film? Shocked

Bagels are responsible for almost 1.5% of emergency room visits. Cutting a bagel can be hazardous.

George--

You look positively decadent and depraved.
