facebook hacked, everything changed, fb not helping me

Hi all, im having serious issues trying to get my fb account back, someones hacked it, changed my name my email my passwords. Fb's hacked procedure is no use, it tells me they cant do anything, hacker changed my email twice so i cant get anything from facebook, on one page it says i can get in with an old password but when i do this is asks why im using an old password and tells me to use the current one!! Contradiction! Can anybody advise what i can do? Iv had loads of friends report my account and absolutly nothings been done, the knob is still using my account.
