There's this girl , she's so amazing, beautiful and nice to me, but I really like her , we've been friend (not close ) for 5 years , and I'll I want to do it tell her I like her, but she's in the year level above me (still same age as me 16) and she's sorta popular , I'm afraid if I open upto something might happen but I don't know what , should I just come out with it and tell her?

Right now you are in the friend zone. That's where she has it.
Let HER make the move, but you can hurry it up by doing something special, like giving her flowers. (Not in front of other people) with s card that says"you are soecial to me"
She will let you know how she feels about that.
