divorced, but not telling?

My friend was secretly married about 3 years ago. No one knew about it except a few people. After about a year the 'husband' called it off and they had to get a divorce. They still didnt really tell anyone about it. Now my friend has been seeing someone for about a month. She doesnt quite know what is going on in the relationship, but she hasnt told the guy about her married incident. She says she doenst feel like she was ever really married and she will only tell this guy if things get sserious between them. She says that as of now she doesnt feel it's his business.

My thing is that what if he gets upset about her wating to tell?
