i have been trying to find the correct way of writing 'grey wolf' or 'silver wolf' in latin but i am very rusty. any help appreciated.

silver wolf = argenteus lupus

Not intentionally.
Lupus is the Latin word for wolf and canus is the Latin word
for grey.

What is lupus canities?
