Giving me dinner ideas, you are. I've already gently portioned the ground beef into uncooked patties. I've got chile pepper varieties in various forms up the wazoo. I've got black beans awaiting in the freezer, which needs cleaning out to make room for the pintos and northern whites that plea to be slow cooked. I've some new to our market cheese on hand, on sale as a come on, white cheddar with mild hatch green chile bits already in it. I've got a can of San Marzano tomatoes that wants to lurch off the shelf.
Hmmm, what else? Oh, yeah, onions. I've lotsa those. Plus, I'm your garlic mamma and sometimes ms. turmeric too. Sometimes sweet peppers find their way home.
