How low of a ferritin level is consider someone to have anemia though.

I think I may have anemia though I am not sure yet. Does anyone know how low of a ferritin level is consider someone to have anemia ya. Are there any things to eat that can help with the condition. Any advice would be nice. Thanks.

Why do you write "though." at the end of each question? And "ya" at the end of many sentences?
