hello
i am recent college grad and have taken up a job at an mnc.
we design fixture and its a project based company 100-200 people in all.
everyone has an experience of an average of 4+ years and i am here alone of my age.
i am not being given any training what so ever and also i am being left out from any work or talk.
i feel lonely and disappointed and want to leave this job.
i have always been interested in teaching and want to start my own academy or stuff like that.
please advice.

@chiragbansal,
Speak up if you're not getting any work or training. It won't just come to you.

If you dislike the job so much, get trained in becoming a teacher. And you can probably scrap the idea of starting your own academy. It's a ton of work and money.

@chiragbansal,
Ask to speak to your supervisor or Human Resources representative.

. Tell them you don't feel you have direction or training needed for your job.

In the meantime, find an academy or training school and volunteer there a while. You need to see what it's like to be in the classroom.
